	Chicken Breast stuffed with Leeks & Stilton and wrapped in Bacon. Served with fresh vegetables.
	Roast Rack of Prime Lamb. Served with fresh vegetables.
	Steak simmered in red wine with Mushrooms and Onions. Served with fresh vegetables.
	Roast Loin of Pork served with Apple sauce, Sage and Onion stuffing and fresh vegetables.
	Chicken Fillet pieces and Mushrooms in a Cream and White Wine sauce. Served with fresh vegetables.
	Fillet of Pork in a Cream, Pepper and brandy sauce. Served with fresh vegetables.
	Fillet of Scottish Salmon with Cream Cheese and Prawns encased in Filo pastry. Served with fresh vegetables.
	Mushrooms sautéed in butter, onions and white wine and folded into Crêpes. Served with fresh vegetables.
